Q. Can anyone join Sentry Federal Credit Union?
A. Sentry FCU is a Delaware County community chartered Credit Union, so if you live, work, worship or attend school in Delaware County you are eligible for membership.
OR
If an immediate family member has an open membership relationship, you are eligible for membership at Sentry FCU.
Q. How do I change my address on all of my accounts?
A. For your protection, all address changes must be completed in writing. There are forms available in our branch, a note faxed to us at 610-447-1566 or mailed to us at 3524 Edgmont Avenue, Brookhaven, PA 19015. You may either complete a form available in any of our locations or mail a letter with your new address, old address, your account number(s), your new phone number and signature.
Q. How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check or IRS refund?
A. To arrange Direct Deposit, you simply provide our routing number 236083493 to the paying agent or your payroll department along with your account number. Once you have supplied this information, the direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days.
Q. How do I obtain access electronically to my account information?
A. Sentry FCU offers access to your accounts 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week through Call 24 and through Sentry FCU online.
To access Call 24 simply dial 610-447-9900 and press option 3 on your phone. You will be prompted with a menu of choices to obtain information. Chose an option and the system will then ask for your account number and PIN number. Just press the options you want from that point and you can balance your checking account, transfer funds, change your PIN number and many more choices.
To access Sentry FCU Online, simply click Sentry FCU Online Banking. Then click sign up now and complete your application. You will receive a return e-mail, which will include your first password to use when you are accessing Sentry FCU Online. The first time you sign in you will be requested to choose your new password. You now have access to your account information 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week through the internet.
Q. What do I do if I have lost my Sentry FCU check card or ATM card?
A. Sentry FCU offers 24-hour member service for lost cards. If you have lost your card or suspect someone has stolen your card call please call 1-800-554-8969 immediately.
You may not use e-mail to contact the credit union for such notification of a lost or stolen ATM card, check card, or credit card.
Q. What do I do if I have lost my Sentry FCU Visa Card?
A. Sentry FCU offers 24-hour member service for lost Visa Cards. If you have lost your card or suspect someone has stolen your card call please call 1-800-558-3424 immediately.
You may not use e-mail to contact the credit union for such notification of a lost or stolen ATM card, check card, or credit card.
